These Terms of Service govern your use of mbizdev.com (the "Site") and the services offered by MBIZDEV ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You will not attempt to disrupt the Site, gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Communication
When you send us a message through the contact form, the chat widget, or by email, you authorize us to reply through the same channel and to keep a record of the conversation. We respond as quickly as we reasonably can but make no guarantee of a specific response time.

Engagements and quotes
Any quote, proposal, statement of work, or estimate we share is for discussion only and does not create a binding agreement. A binding engagement is formed only when both parties sign a written services agreement. The contents of the Site (descriptions of services, capabilities, etc.) are not a binding offer.

Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, copy, code, logos and graphics, is owned by MBIZDEV unless otherwise indicated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on it without our written permission, except for the personal, non-commercial use that the Site itself enables (browsing, reading, sharing a link).

The Site may link to third-party websites and uses third-party services (for example Chatwoot for the chat widget). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, MBIZDEV disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MBIZDEV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MBIZDEV harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from them will be brought before the competent courts of Bogotá DC, Colombia.
